His mother, Katy Morgan (36) from Maidstone, southern England, on Thursday, said the birth was so traumatic that Oliver has not been able to tell his story made up to now. Oliver was born to die without blood on his body. "But now he's sitting here smiling at me," he said.
"The doctors really bring it back to life and I could never be enough to thank the doctors for this wonderful gift," he added.
Oliver nearly bled to death after a rare condition called vasa previa form extra veins in his mother's womb and then exploded. It made his mother fell ill and woke up covered in blood during pregnancy was 37.5 weeks. Then he was taken to Maidstone General Hospital and the doctors were surprised to find it all from her baby.
Oliver was born weighing only 2.8 kilograms at 5:12 pm local time. After doctors tried to resuscitate him, he was given a transfusion of blood being pumped into the umbilical cord still attached. At 5:37 pm local time, the first heartbeat is detected and grew stronger as he was given more blood.

Oliver was taken to a special baby care unit as doctors decided to lower the body temperature to save the brain from damage. He was placed in the cold holding a small coat to make the flow of blood from the skin and into the brain and heart so that they will recover more efficiently.
After three days of nail biting, hospital officials began slowly raising the temperature to 37 degrees Celsius. And after 11 days, Oliver was well enough to take home to start life with his family.
"Hard to believe, looking back at what has passed. But Ollie is now the boys, happy life with all its goals," said his mother. (FoxNews / MEL)
